Whenever students complete 100% of an entire course, our system will automatically generate a Certificate of Completion to mark their achievement.

These certificates are made available in a PDF format so they can be saved, printed, added to resumes, or anything else.

This article will discuss how both Students and Teachers can access those certificates.

Accessing the Certificate for Students

To access their Certificate of Completion, the student should:

1. Log in to their Zenva Schools account.
2. Click the My Learning menu link from the top menu bar.
3. Locate the completed course and click the course image to access the course's homepage.
   
   
   

4. On the course home page, click View Certificate. 
   
   
   

Accessing the Certificate for Teachers and School Admins

As a Teacher or School Admin, you can also view Certificates of Completion for individual students by viewing their Individual Student Report. You can access these by following the instructions outlined in this article: How to Access Individual Student Reports

Note About Email Notifications

If a student has a valid, registered email on the site (i.e. isn't logging in via username) and the School Settings are set to allow it, when they complete a course, Zenva Schools sends the student an email notification. The message has a link to the certificate file as well.
