Viewing a Student Report

A student report shows three sets of information, which will be described below.

Most Recent Activity

This small table shows when the student last used the platform (whether that was starting a lesson, finishing a lesson, or something else). The time is displayed in your local browser time.

Activity by Course

The next section will allow you to view data as it pertains to each course assigned to the student (organized by classroom). The initial view will show only the course title and the current number of lessons completed out of the total number of lessons.

By clicking the arrow to the lefthand side of the course name, though, you can expand the view to show the list of lessons for that course.

With the list expanded, you can view the following:

  • Name of the lesson
  • Date/time (local browser time) when the lesson was started
  • Date/time (local browser time) when the lesson was completed (if applicable). This column will also show quiz results if applicable.

In the upper right, you'll also be able to access the student's Completion Certificate (if they've completed the course) and Export the classroom activity data as a CSV.

All Activity

The final section shows all activity the student has even had. This table is divided into three columns:

  • When the students triggered the event (displayed in your local browser time)
  • The course the event was relevant too
  • The sort of event that was triggered. This includes things like lessons being started, lessons being completed, and quizzes being submitted (with the score displayed).

Like the above section, you can use the Export button to export this activity as a CSV file.
