I had a new school account created but didn't receive my login details. What do I do?
When a brand new school account is created, the School Admin should receive an automatic email with access instructions.
Should you not receive this email, however, you can still access your account by following the standard forgot password reset flow as described here:
I Forgot my Password!
Please note that not receiving this email could be a sign that your school's system is blocking emails from our domains. We recommend contacting your IT department as soon as possible regarding whitelisting the domains mentioned here:
