In this article, we'll discuss how to change the password you use for Zenva Schools. If you've forgotten your password entirely, see this article instead: I Forgot my Password!

Important: If you're using our Single Sign-On option, we CANNOT change the password associated with your Microsoft or Google account. This flow only affects the personal Zenva Schools password associated with your account.

Changing Your Password

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover the mouse on the My Account menu link.
3. Click My Details on the drop-down menu.
   
   
   

4. On your My Details page, locate the Password Change section.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your current password.
   
6. Enter your new password, keeping in mind that we require strong passwords for all types of accounts:
   
1. For Teachers and School Admins minimum length is 14 characters with complexity.
   
2. Students minimum length is 8 characters with complexity.
   
7. Click Save Changes. You'll now be able to use your new password to log in!
