In this article, we'll discuss how to change the password you use for Zenva Schools. If you've forgotten your password entirely, see this article instead: I Forgot my Password!

Important: If you're using our Single Sign-On option, we CANNOT change the password associated with your Microsoft or Google account. This flow only affects the personal Zenva Schools password associated with your account.

Changing Your Password

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover the mouse on the My Account menu link.
3. Click My Details on the drop-down menu.
   
   
   

4. On your My Details page, locate the Password Change section.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter your current password.
   
6. Enter your new password, keeping in mind the following points:
   
1. For Teachers and School Admins, we enforce strong passwords that should be 8-20 characters and include one capital letter and one number.
2. Students may have weak passwords with a minimum of 4 characters required.
   
7. Click Save Changes. You'll now be able to use your new password to log in!
