For teachers who purchase longer access periods, you may want to be able to reuse a seat/license for different students when your student roster changes (whether that's on a per term basis, per semester basis, or something in-between).

Here at Zenva Schools, the school account owns the license/seat - not the individual student. As such, you are absolutely free to reassign your seats/licenses as needed based on your changing student situation.

To do so, you simply need to delete students who are no longer active (and whose data you no longer require), and add the new student(s) to your student's list.
