Why can't I see my student's password?
On Zenva Schools, you may notice you have the ability to view student passwords using the little eye icon on any list with students.
However, you may have some students where the password is not visible.
Password visibility was not launched until May 20th, 2022. As such, any password that was set before then (either manually or automatically by our system) will not be visible.
However, should you wish to do so, you can manually edit the student details at any time to change the password. The new password will be visible on our system per normal.
Didn’t Receive Password Reset
