Were you unable to log in to Zenva Schools?
If your login was rejected, the most common cause is that you're simply on the wrong landing page.
Zenva operates two different platforms: Zenva Schools, our platform intended for K12 schools and classroom teaching, and Zenva Academy, our consumer-based platform. If you have a Zenva Schools account, you CAN'T log in to Zenva Academy (and vice versa).
Login for Zenva Schools can be found at login.zenva.com.
You can check the logo at the top of the page (or above the login form) to verify which site you're on. Zenva Schools will directly indicate the site by name in the logo, as shown below.
Not the answer?
If this does not solve your login problem:
- Students should contact a relevant Teacher or the School Admin.
- Teachers should contact the School Admin of their Zenva Schools account.
- The School Admin should contact Zenva support and open a ticket.
