How to Reset Course Progress
Like students, Zenva Schools tracks course progress for Teachers and Schools Admins using our courses for professional development. However, there may come a time when you want to reset the course progress for a course you've been looking through. This can easily be done by following the steps below!
However, before proceeding, please note the following:
- Once done, this cannot be undone. All your course progress will be permanently lost.
- Resetting course progress does not reset the course certificate. This will remain available, and we're afraid there's nothing we can do in this regard.
- Only Teachers and School Admins can reset course progress for themselves. This feature is not available for students.
Resetting Course Progress
1. Navigate to the course's homepage.
2. On the Lessons tab, hit the Reset Course Progress button.
3. Once hit, you will receive a pop-up asking you to confirm your choice. Simply hit OK.
After hitting OK, the entire course's lesson completion status will be set to incomplete!
