As Zenva Schools is a paid service intended for schools, all accounts on the platform are created manually by the Zenva Schools team or by schools with access to the platform already. 

Teachers whose schools do not have an account with us can request access to the platform by filling out the form here to request a trial. If approved, the Zenva Schools team will make both a School Account and School Admin user account for a chosen teacher to enable access to the platform. From there, the School Admin can follow our School Setup Guide to create other user accounts.

For teachers whose schools already have access, you can contact your School Admin and ask them to add you by following the instructions here: How to Add School Teachers (Note: If there have been staffing changes, please let us know as soon as possible via our help desk so we can make necessary adjustments).

For students whose schools already have access, you will need to contact your teacher to have an account created via the instructions here: How to Add School Students

For students whose school DOES NOT have access, you will be unable to sign up to the platform. However, you can encourage your teacher/school to check out Zenva Schools.
